Place of Links was a small website that just displayed a bunch of text links to all kinds of things found on the internet.  It was not a pretty site at all.  We were always in construction mode, even though, a number of pages were finished.  We did not use SEO (did not know that much about it almost 10 years ago) so if you just happened on the site that was great.

We plan to do things a little different this second time around.  Make that site a little more pretty so you want to take a look, have less information on each page, etc.  We are also in the design phase of making a database, that will eventually store and categorizes a number of useful links from the Internet.

We also plan to provide information that may open your mind a little.  What does that mean exactly.  Well, reading is very important, but there is so many things out there to read.  We plan to give a cross-section of lots of different things so we can’t be labeled as being bias.  There are a few things that we do not plan to talk about – more on that later when we have a more detailed idea.

We hope that you will see Place of Links as not a one-stop site, but one that you will be able to find interesting information that will get you thinking about the world that you live in.

  1. Woah! I’m really loving the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s
challenging to get that “perfect balance” between user friendliness
and visual appeal. I must say that you’ve done a awesome job with this.
Additionally, the blog loads super quick for me on Opera.

    Superb Blog!

  2. Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly.

I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same results.

  3. First of all I want to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you
don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear
your head prior to writing. I have had a tough time
clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost
simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?
    Cheers!
