Acceptance of Terms    
PlaceofLinks provides its services (“Service”) to you subject to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the Terms. Should you object to any portion, conditions, guidelines of the Terms or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service. User Account and Password Security
We may at some point provide a service where our customers may have access to other information on our web site.  Once you sign up to become a user of the Service, you shall receive a password and an account. Conduct

Indemnity

Modification of Service
PlaceofLinks reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Termination of Service

We do not currently provide any services related to having an account with us.  When those services become available, you agree that PlaceofLinks, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, use of the Service or use of any other PlaceofLinks service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if PlaceofLinks believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. PlaceofLinks may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that PlaceofLinks may immediately deactivate or delete your PlaceofLinks account and all related information and files in this account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that PlaceofLinks shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.

You may terminate, at any time, your services with us by using our Contact Us page.  After receipt of your request (please allow 24 hours for the request to processed), we will remove your password and any content that was listed by you on the PlaceofLinks site.

Advertisements and Promotions
PlaceofLinks currently does not runs advertisements and promotions on its sites, but that may change in the future. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser.
